God forgives your 'tattoos and piercings' if you confess them as sin, but He will not make them Holy. His Word is final and He never goes back on it. Hebrews 12:14 states that no one shall see the Lord, unless they become "Holy", Tattoos and piercings are not Holy, whatsoever. In fact, they are all evil in appearance. God commands us to abstain from all appearance of evil, as stated in 1 Thessalonians 5:22 .
You've perhaps spent a considerable amount of money on your tattoo(s), only to decorate your body in vanity. There is no other reason for it. Vanity is self-idolatry! However, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 your body is not your own, but a temple of the Holy Ghost.
If you have tattoos, you need to trust in God and have them removed for His glory. Would God not honor and bless you, if you were to now spend more money to have them removed? Of course He would! Trust in Him with all your heart! Proverbs 3:5.

And fast following their Christian rock idols, thousands of Christian young people are getting "marked for Jesus" with the tattoo. Among the fastest growing trend in the tattoo industry is the Christian tattoo shops.

The Bible, from cover to cover, and over and over, condemns rebellion. The Lord God considered rebellion so serious He compared rebellion to witchcraft 1 Samuel 15:23. Throughout history tattoos have symbolized rebellion. There ís nothing normal about a tattoo. A tattoo screams of unabashed rebellion and deviancy.
Matthew Henry’s Commentary at the beginning of Leviticus 19 explains that most of Leviticus 19 (such as verse 19:28) are moral commandments that applies not only for Israel but for the New Testament Christian today!

Underneath that harmless tattoo is a very serious risk of acquiring a deadly blood-borne disease such as AIDS, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, tetanus, syphilis, tuberculosis and other blood-born diseases. An alarming research study recently published by Dr. Bob Haley and Dr. Paul Fischer at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas uncovered that the "innocent" commercial tattoo may be the number one distributor of hepatitis C.
TATTOOS: MAKING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEVIL?
