Pioneering has been romanticized in the church where you get to lead the way with new language, edgy posts, concepts, and revelation while also keeping your comforts. But true pioneering costs you everything. It’s picking up your cross and following Jesus into the unknown. It’s loving not your life into death. You aren’t celebrated, you look foolish. You have to forfeit reputation for a very long time and be ok with people never seeing your potential because you don’t fit their current system. You have to be ok with building in secret where no one may ever see the true cost you pay, the pain, anguish, and deep wrestle that takes place. Yes, it’s a life poured out at the feet of Jesus where you constantly fight giants that want you to back peddle and settle for the mediocre, and lose his gaze for a moments reprieve. It’s a life of character defining valleys, refining, and monumental risks, screaming doubts, painful introspection, and dark nights of the soul, BUT…. It’s also a life of mountain tops you will never encounter ANY OTHER ROUTE.

Why am I saying this? Right now the pioneers are in a place of extreme tension, weighing up the pros and cons of going forward or running backwards, and I want to encourage you to STAY THE PATH!

 

I heard the Lord say: “You are not in the storm, you are in the birthing canal!”

On the 1st of January, I went into a vision where I saw a storm beginning to form around me. A dark cloud was descending over me and all around me were torrential winds as the storm came closer. As hail began to rain down, my spirit began to feel anguish, fear, and intimidation, and I began to cry out: "Lord, have we stepped into a storm in 2023?"

And then I heard the Lord speak—almost audibly—and He said, "There is a storm coming in 2023, but the storm is coming to set things right. The storm will bring balance and order and it will destroy the bonds of wickedness." And then He said something very chilling and sobering, "My church needs to know that the storm is actually the birth canal. For the storm that is coming is a righteous storm of justice that is going to clear the atmosphere of the enemy's plans and agenda. It is to confront the areas of wickedness that have been deep-seated in the nations. The storm is not against the Church or the righteous, but it is set to dethrone kings and remove people from the power and influence that they have been abusing. The storm that is coming is to set My people at liberty and make things right."

I felt this is for many who have stepped into 2023 feeling like they were met with warfare, fear, intimidation, and feeling defeated before the year had even begun. I feel the Lord saying to you right now, "Do not fear 2023. Do not see the things around you through the wrong eyes. The storm that you see is going to be for you—it is going to lift you out and propel you into the places you need to go. The storm that you see is going to be the very thing that shifts you into position in 2023."

Right now, the Lord is confronting the demonic storms that we've experienced. This storm is a storm of justice and righteousness. It's the storm of Psalms 2—where the Lord laughs in the heavens and the thunderings of His justice and His righteousness reign down and routes the enemy. It's the storm of His goodness that sets at liberty His people that have been in captivity. It's the storm of His kindness and protection that goes out before us and levels mountains and makes our path straight. It's the storm of the Lord that defeats the bullying tactics and Jezebelic assignments that have been over His people for far too long.

The Lord is making all things right.

The Lord is making all things new.

The Lord is not a man that He should lie.

 

A WORD OF IMPARTATION: RECEIVE THE REVOLUTIONARY ANOINTING!

“God brings them out of Egypt, He is for them like the horns of the wild ox” (Numbers 23:22).

A few weeks ago I had a dream where I was in a church cathedral when suddenly a wild ox broke in and began running about knocking things over upsetting and interrupting the service, before knocking over some kind of sacred altar down the front. Then I followed the ox as it ran down the street and continued to wreak havoc tearing through buildings and statues, monuments, and man-made achievements. When I woke up I knew in my spirit that the Holy Spirit was highlighting what He was about to unleash upon the Body of Christ and had been planning for us to step into. Interestingly, exactly a year ago my book The Wild Ones was released and with it, the Lord spoke to me about the wild ox anointing that these new breed people would rise up in.

In my dream, the ox was both tearing down the altars of religion and the altars of man. It was violently assaulting the spiritual strongholds of powerlessness and counterfeit spirituality and also the high places of man’s achievements, kingdoms, empires, and worldly values. This is the anointing upon the Elijah generations—that are called to turn nations back to God—and that is where we are at right now. We are at a turning point and extreme tension. We are at the height of the battle in every way between the devices of darkness and the great returning of nations. We are leaving Egypt and there is a generation of wild oxen leading the way. The nations are raging but 2023 is going to be a year of significant advancement.

THE REVOLUTIONARY ANOINTING

"From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it"

(Matthew 11:12).

For days after this dream, I kept hearing these phrases in my spirit: “The Revolution is about to begin!” and “Here come the revolutionaries!”

When I asked the Lord for an example in the Bible of this He led me to the life of John the Baptist who came at the turning of an era and covenant! He wore wild animal fur and was sent to shake up both the Church and the nation, and prepare the way for Jesus—the very thing we have been called to. If you are wondering what you are called to do in 2023, look no further. Prepare the way. Reveal Jesus in the earth.

IMPARTATION & FRESH MANTLING

Why am I sharing this? I believe this anointing is available and is necessary for us leading into 2023. For months I have felt a stirring in my spirit to not just share a word but to prophesy INTO you a word that will be very gelignite you need to propel you into position for the year ahead and arm you with what you need. Hearing a word is powerful but I want to impart a word to you—and the very gift, anointing, and blessing that comes with it. In Romans 1:11 Paul says;

“I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong.”

The word impart here metadidómi means "to give over or to share," and in essence, the very substance of the giver is transferred upon the receiver. This word I want to prophesy over you today is this very thing. It is something the Holy Spirit has instructed me to do apostolically and prophetically to get you primed and ready for the new chapter we are crossing over into. So now I have shared this, do you want it? Are you ready?

Put your hands out as you read this next part. Let me prophesy and release the word of the Lord over you.

RECEIVE THE GREEN LIGHT // EMPTY THE WAITING ROOM!

In 2023;

Your preparation and cocoon season is over and God will begin to call you out of the hiding and metamorphoses you have been in.

Your heart surgery season is coming to end and you will begin to feel a new lease on life where you have waded through a hard season of facing mounted-up trauma and disillusionment.

Things that didn’t connect suddenly will and doors that closed will begin to reopen in a new way.

What God asked you to surrender and lay on the shelf will come back around again.

You will move out of limbo and leave the waiting room.

The red tape holding you back and in a place of forced dormancy will break and you will have options you didn’t have.

You will go from feeling no wind on your back to feeling a fresh gale of Heaven pushing you into your new assignment and position.

You will go from feeling caged to feeling a fresh breaker anointing on your feet and voice.

You won’t keep going around the same fruitless mountain but begin to throw those mountains into the sea!

You will get the green light and move out of the holding pattern of the last few years in Jesus' name!

 

In 2023 what you have been building in private will be made known. Your years of retreat and recalibrate will become a Revolution…

 

"I WILL RECTIFY!!" SAYS THE LORD.

RECTIFY / verb /ˈrek.tɪ.faɪ

To set right.

To correct or adjust.

To refine or purify.

I heard the Lord say loudly “I will rectify!”

“I will set it right. I will settle the debt. I will clear the overheads. I will bring closure to what has been chasing you. I will bring divine order and justice where there's been injustice and chaos. I will ensure that the score is settled!” says the Lord.

As I heard these words I saw a period of time we were heading into; a season of weights and balances and divine justice after a season where the enemy has wreaked havoc on the righteous and tried to take them out. Many right now are heading into Christmas and the New Year feeling sore and like something feels majorly off. It’s more than just the weariness of the year, battle fatigue, or hope deferred, it’s the grievous feeling on the inside that the balances are out. But in the next few weeks and months, there is going to be both personal and public rectification that we will see take place. Personal vindication and public exoneration.

PERSONAL RECTIFICATION

Then I heard the Lord say: “I'm also bringing rectification to you personally. I'm rectifying that which has worked against you. I'm settling the debts that have been incurred against you—where your name is being dragged through the mud, where you've been slimed. I am bringing justice to your house! There is going to be a snowball effect that takes place, just as one begins so the rest will follow.

"I am setting right that which has been out of order and out of balance in your life. Watch as I begin to correct the foundations the enemy tried to tilt and the building blocks he wanted to be fractured. I am straightening out the messy and the confusing, the convoluted and the crooked.

"I am dealing with the assignment of identity assassination that has been sent to take out those on the frontlines and drive them into the wilderness of deep brokenness and depression. I will tear up the papers they served you and their lists of demonic statements from the pits of hell that in no way represent who I called you to be. Their words and witchcraft shall be revealed as a plot and ploy of the enemy's making and they will feel ashamed for participating in his games.

Yes, I will restore the years the locust ate and weigh up the scales! What you have lost in finances, joy, and in relationships shall come back to you!"

“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten” (Joel 2:25).

As I heard this I also saw a picture of homes and felt that the Lord was restoring homes and inheritances that were lost or stolen.

RECTIFYING DELAY

"Watch as I restore what was stolen through delay and seasons of red tape and bureaucracy. Watch as I bring back around the doors and opportunities that the enemy stole from you, that caused your heart to become sick with disappointment. Watch as I speed up the process and fast-track what has been held up in the heavens. The prince of Persia has been contending against your breakthrough but rectification and release have come!

"Watch now as doors swing wide open and that which has been shut will be presented to you."

 

2022 was the year you had to die to live. It was the trial by fire that left NOTHING except what was needed for the new day dawning. You didn’t just leave the old wineskin, it had to be stripped from your heart, mind, and soul, and left in the dirt behind you. It was a year of your will having to break and bend to His, and your dreams, goals, and ideals surrendered so you had the capacity to be given His dreams and vision. It was the year where the golden calf of ministry had to be barbecued publicly along with its idols and gimmicks to make way for a people whose only reward is Jesus. The old and inauthentic expired and the iChabod church is breathing it’s last breath.

2022 was the year where faith was tested. Many pioneers looking for a glorious triumph found themselves in the thick of battle over the promise and the great disparity between fulfillment and the grievous hope deferred that was beginning to entrench their hearts. It was a year where the eyes of the Holy Spirit brooded over his people to see who would cave into culture and the easy way out into quick comforts or who would stand and face the darkest hour of opposition. Arrows flew and filled the sky like rain. Words of the self righteous were deafening while their victims laid bloodied under a rubble of stones. The compromised church become louder and sadly much for the wrong reasons.

But in the silence and cocoon of deep heart repentance, humility, and awakening incubated a people who chose the narrow road to Gods heart. A people who in the midst of battling their own doubts, fears, and losses chose to stay at His feet and ride out the storm. A people who chose the unpopular road and paid the cost to go where Holy Spirit is going. They are the ones who have stood on the crossover and contended when most walked away, and have put all their chips on the table when most were bunkering down. They are the ones who have walked through fire and now walk with a limp but flow with the oil of Gods presence.

It’s been a year of blind trust when things haven’t yet come to fruition but the door has never felt so close. It’s been the buckle and break moments where we have had to choose to hold on and look crazy or let go and settle. A year of mess and ducks out of order. Emotions flying, trauma surfacing, and yet healing in abundance. It’s been a year of deliverance where the purging came at first with a sting but then welcomed like a cool drink after weeks in the hot desert. Hearts were heavy and congested and the Fathers affection was ready to be poured out.

It’s been a year of evil that has lingered and thrived surfacing. Hearts and motives revealed. Snakes in the grass being chased out of the courts. Kingdoms, kings and queens shaking, empires falling, and the changing of the guard. Promotions, demotions, and dynastic reformation. A year of legacy birthing and families healing, assignments shifting, and eternity coming back into view. A year of contracts breaking, demonic agreements divorcing, and nations beginning their returning.

It’s been a year for the the oil change and the necessary pit stop and redirection. A then where burdens began falling like flies and nomadic wounds were attended to. A time where time stood still and gave hearts time to finally be emptied and refurbished. It’s been a year where pioneers needed rest from the puzzle pieces up in the air, and dealing with broken expectations. A time of sudden doors closing, red tape, and unexpected outcomes that drove us to His feet.

Yet in the limbo and greater unknown we have been forged. In the unexpected hiatus we have been reborn. There’s been an awakening and a resurrection that can’t be bought or manufactured.

It was the year of the great humbling and the greatest setup. The year of Gideon’s men going down to the waters to drink. A year of falling apart that is ending in the fresh mantling of a newfound anointing, voice, and purpose. A year of the opening of the eyes to the blind and the setting free of the captives. A year where seekers became disciples, and outcasts took the torch to lead the charge. A year where the fire around us, became the raging fire inside of us, and the catching movements we will carry with us into 2023 and beyond.

 

LOOK FOR THE DELIVERANCE ENCOUNTERS AS WE HEAD INTO 2023

Between now and the New Year I believe the Holy Spirit is doing deep heart work and healing in many people who have still been carrying the wounds from this past year, the past era of transition and trials, and also from their whole lives. I believe it will be a time of incredible deliverance and encounter if we posture ourselves in His presence in the next few weeks over trying to scramble to make things happen before the year is out.

DELIVERANCE OF SHELL-SHOCK SYNDROME

“They are in SHELL-SHOCK” I heard the Lord say three days ago. Shell-shock was a word created in World War 2 to describe the type of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder many soldiers were afflicted with as a reaction to the intensity of the bombardment and fighting that produced helplessness, panic, and inability to reason, sleep, walk or talk. In short, it’s the TRAUMA, stress, and fatigue of long seasons of combat.

Many have been shell-shocked and with it has come an inability to function in the way they used to, they have struggled to dream, pray, and even have hope and expectation for anything ahead. So if you are finding yourself experiencing these symptoms of battle fatigue to any degree God wants to remove shock and damage done to you emotionally, and mentally, as well as bring healing to your physical body too

DELIVERANCE OF CRIPPLING DISAPPOINTMENT

On the night Reinhardt Bonnke passed into Glory I had a dream of the great cloud of witnesses urging people to carry on the torch into the nations—the very torches they had carried in their lifetimes. I knew this dream was also about legacy and not wavering despite the myriad of setbacks people had faced. Then this scripture came to mind;

“As for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us” (Hebrews 12:1)

God was further reiterating that not only was He healing many right now but He was also revealing the why—we have a magnificent race set before us and a legacy to write for those to come. The enemy has tried to thwart and rob us this season by derailing many from their purpose through deep wounds of disappointment. These wounds have been so deep for many that it has been difficult to imagine life beyond it, in fact, many are in a place of looking back over the year saying, “This is not what I imagined the year would be. These promises don’t come to pass.” And they have been falling in a heap feeling hopeless, defeated, and bitter.

BREAKING BITTERNESS & STEPPING INTO THE NEW CLOTHES OF A NEW ERA

As I’m writing this I keep seeing the word “poisoned” because the enemy has been trying to poison and embitter people to God's purpose and plans, His promises, and prophetic words. There has been a recent assignment of disbelief sent to poison the Church from partnering with God for what the Word of God says and the prophetic words over their life, but right now the Holy Spirit is exposing the source of these lies and removing the poison that has been infiltrating many, pitting them against the Truth of what is about to be revealed.

 

Pioneers, there will be seasons that the cost outweighs the blessing and even the joy of pioneering. The horizon will look bleak, you’ll feel surrounded on every side, your heart heavy, and hands empty, but Jesus will continue to be your reward and He always makes sure you FINISH STRONG. The blueprints in your hands are worth everything. Don’t lay them down just because you are experiencing opposition and discouragement. Between now and the end of January God is jealousy clearing the road ahead of you and bringing back the JOY that has been lost in the process. So many have endured deep trauma from carrying weighty assignments from the Lord, but watch the overheads clear, the chatter against you turn into greater influence, and the weariness turn into new strength!

 

LOOK! HERE THEY COME! A Word for the Wild Ones...

As we come to the close of 2022 I have been reminded of this word I shared in my book The Wild Ones and I felt the need to read it again today for myself. Like many of you, I have found myself asking God "What was the point of this year? It feels like more delay, more disappointment. Are we ever going to move into the new thing that You have for us?" I know many of us are feeling lost right now...

But today I feel to remind you, just as the Lord reminded me, of who you are and where we are going. This word will remind you of exactly that! As we head into a new year it feels like the Father is wanting to realign us and make sure we are focused on the main things—To point and lead people to Him and to reveal Him in the earth—that is our whole purpose and the one thing we live for!

PROPHETIC WORD FOR THE WILD ONES - LOOK HERE THEY COME!

“For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14)

I was up early one morning when God began speaking to me “Here they come Nate, here are My wild ones!”

GET READY FOR A RUDE AWAKENING

“I have opened the gates and I have decreed that the time is over for those who have been in waiting for this moment. The moment I have prepared them for is here, and now the earth is in for a rude awakening because My front-liners are stepping into the light. They are My movers and shakers and demonic stronghold breakers and here they are to usher in a season of revealing of My Glory through My Bride."

THEY ARE THE UNDIGNIFIED, CLOTHED IN GLORY, COMING FROM THE WILDERNESS

“Right now, I am bringing them out of exile. I am gathering them from all over the earth where they have been hidden and in waiting for a long season. They have wondered if I had abandoned them or if they would ever be used in the Kingdom because they were never fully accepted as a part of it, but right now they are emerging in the world’s greatest moment of pain, and the Church's hour of desperation.

“They are my undignified Davids that care more for My presence, My will, and My plans than the wise plans of man. They aren’t politically correct or motivated by reputation, but they have only one thing in their sights—and that is worshiping Me and giving Me glory. Can you see them coming? Will you have eyes to see them? Will My Church accept them? Will they keep turning them away?

“They haven’t been given a red-carpet welcome, but they will be clothed in so much Glory it will be hard to deny them anymore. The fire of My presence is all around them and they aren’t here to play games but to carry the torch of revival and establish My Kingdom on the earth”

THEY AREN’T REBELS, THEY ARE THE RESCUE TEAM!

“Remove the barricades and the gate-checks, for they aren’t the rebels they have been seen as but they are in fact the rescue team! They didn’t quite fit the mold and they didn’t measure up to the standards of the institution, but they are sons and daughters who know My heart and know My house well. They have been in hiddenness for this very moment to bring HOPE to where many are prophesying hopelessness. They are the ones who have My eyes and see how I see. They know what is to come next. They aren’t swayed by temporary storms, but they are the ones that will point the way to where I am moving and what I am doing.

“Look now, they are peeling back the veil and lifting up the curtain. They are speaking about what is to come and they live from that reality. If you want to hope again, watch where they are going! They are setting the stage for the new production and unraveling the new blueprints and plans I have given them.”

 

YOU ARE ENTERING A "STRETCH FORTH YOUR TENT PEGS" SEASON

I hear the Spirit of God saying that you are entering a “Stretch forth your tent pegs season...”

You are entering an occupying the land season. You are entering a “TAKEBACK AND RECOVER ALL” season. You are entering a recompense, reconciliation, and restoration season for you've been in a season of limbo and delay, restriction, ceilings, and walls all around you. You've been in a time where you've had to fight just to maintain the territory and the land that you have. But even then, it feels like what is in your hands has just been falling through your fingers.

It's been a season of forfeiting.

It's been a season of deep surrender.

It's been a season of purging.

It's been a season of having to hand over to Jesus what you’ve built for years but is no longer working.

It’s been a time of things not coming together. It's been a time of having to deal with broken expectations and hope deferred that has been mounting up on every side. But I hear the Lord saying that there is a shift in the air and you are about to move from stuck to seizing. You are about to enter into a season where you will occupy the land that the Lord promised He would give you.

“Now," says the Lord. "I'm going to cause everything that worked against you to suddenly be what works for you.”

Many are feeling the swirl of change and it’s causing a sense of instability or confusion. Your message has changed and your affections have shifted.

Soon you won’t feel the limbo of transition anymore but the momentum of a focus and and purpose you didn’t conjure or expect.

Soon you’ll stop feeling the mush and mess of the process and begin to feel new wings emerging and a fresh fire and message you were not carrying before.

And as you begin to see the way breaking open before you, you’ll realise that you were ambushed by heaven so you wouldn’t miss out on this new chapter waiting.

This has been your metamorphosis..

 

The enemy is going to pay for the havoc he has brought upon your home and the tormenting warfare against your mind. God is restoring the “mind of Christ” to the Bride of Christ! For too long we have been the gifted and anointed but have not known how to walk in personal freedom and inner peace. We are a people filled with the spirit of God but haven’t experienced that same power empowering us to live free! BUT RIGHT NOW THAT CHANGES! God is declaring justice against the debilitating mental warfare many have been experiencing daily - the torment, anguish, extreme anxiety, bombarding lies, and destiny assassination. It’s not ok that many are shamed into silence or self- condemned to hide their darkest nights of the soul to keep face. It’s killing a generation who are meant to be the WHOLE, the FREE, the royal priesthood! NO! THE BUCK STOPS HERE!

I want to prophesy over those who are reading this and are DONE with living with it, waking up to fighting it, bandaiding, and fearing it. I prophesy D-DAY right now upon this demonic agenda robbing your life, your destiny, your relationships, marriage, and family. We command you to leave once and for all! Stop bullying the people of God in Jesus name!

We overcome by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and the word of our testimony and our testimony is that freedom has come to the bride and we are prophesying forth and declaring a new era of authentic wholeness, soul prosperity, mental clarity, and emotional intelligence in Jesus name!

 

THE DEMONIC ASSIGNMENT TRYING TO ROB YOUR DELIVERY SEASON

A few nights ago, I was in worship when the Lord said to me, “The enemy is trying to rob the delivery season!”

This spoke volumes to me because I have seen so many wrestling the dogs of doom right now just as they are beginning to embark in new directions. This warfare has come at a time when many are about to receive new blueprints and birth the things that they've waited years to be able to birth. The enemy has been raging against so many who are about to enter into a delivery season—which has come as a culmination of a season of pioneering, process, refining, and fresh vision that has led so many to a place where they're finally ready to birth the new things that God has given to them.

AN UNKNOWN FOE

But as I sat there in worship I felt like God wasn’t wanting to reveal the obvious because we know that any great birthing season will draw in the enemy to the arena. We aren’t naive about his tactics but this has felt different and God wanted to show me why.

So I said, “Lord, what is this assignment?” And He led me to 2 Chronicles chapter 23 which speaks about the daughter of Jezebel, Athaliah.

Athaliah was the daughter of Ahab and Jezebel and the wife of Jeham, king of Judah. After the death of Ahaziah, her son, Athaliah usurped the throne and reigned for seven years. She massacred all the members of the royal house, murdering Ahaziah’s sons—her own grandsons. Athaliah is not the Jezebel spirit but is far nastier because she has been around Jezebel and is hired to do her bidding. She acts on the behalf of Jezebel but has her own specific targets in mind when she afflicts.

"I AM BREAKING FAMILY YOKES!" SAYS THE LORD

Recently in a dream, the Lord took me into a hoarder's home filled with piles of boxes, old belongings, and rubbish that were stacked in this home and filling this home to the point that I could barely walk through it. And then I heard the Lord speak and He said, “Prophesy to the home, prophesy to the four corners of the home.” Exactly like it speaks about an Ezekiel 37:4-5

"Then he said to me, 'Prophesy to these bones and say to them, "Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life."'"

So I began to prophesy and speak to the home. I began to speak God's heart and intentions over every room of the house, and suddenly a torrential wind entered and started helping, it came through the house lifting up every box, trash, and piece of clutter and blowing it out of the house. Then the Lord said “ I'm sweeping out the home. I'm cleaning it out, and I'm going to shut the doors on the enemy where he has had rule and reign because doors have been opened and families have been left vulnerable and wide open to the attack of the enemy.” And I heard Him say, “This is an hour that I'm coming to heal and repair generations upon generations of damage. And I'm restoring families back to their original design that I intended for them," says the Lord.

"For many years addiction and dysfunction have been the legacy of families but this will be a season that I turn the enemy's agenda on its head, and I begin to shift families into powerful kingdom legacy instead of the addiction and dysfunction and endless cycles. These families will suddenly step into blessing, into favor, and into health. In a moment I'm coming to sweep out the issues and the constant sickness that has been pervading marriages and families for generations. And I'm coming to establish My Kingdom in homes where there's been open reign for the enemy to come and plant cancerous weeds."

So many of you have been fighting giants behind the scenes for so long that no one knows about, but today I heard the Lord say that over the next few months you are going to emerge from your private battlefield.

You didn’t realize it at the time but these battles have been over your future and legacy and the Lord decided that He had enough of you dealing with the same symptoms over and over and he wanted to take an axe to the root.

You feel like you have walked though the valley of the shadow of death this year and have barely been up for air, but soon you’ll emerge with the spoils of war and a new fire in your bones.

Look for who God reinstates that religion tried to retire. Look for those who kept the right heart even when the enemy rallied every person he could to discredit and take them down.

Look for those who persisted in battle with their knees in Gods presence even when it was easier to give up and allow the story to end early. Yes, these are legacy shifting moments where the enemy has sought to abort and assassinate destinies.

You will look back at this dark night of the soul and hear Jesus say “Where are your accusers?” and you won’t see them. And you will look for the noise and taunts of Goliath but not one philistine will be found, and you will find that you won’t find yourself dealing with those same giants again..

 

Revolutionary voices come out of the closet..

I hear the lord calling the church right now to come out of hiding in this time of transition of wineskins.

Culture has silenced you, canceled you, and muzzled you.

The fear of man has shut you down and frustrated your calling.

But, you can’t walk on eggshells and be a bold voice at the same time.

We are in a time of holy revolution from the religious bondage of the last era and the oppression from the enemy weaved throughout society.

You can’t sit on the fence and play the politician in this time of history.

The swirl of demonic agendas and propaganda of the enemy has been lapped up by the church but you weren’t called to conform but to point the church back to true north.

It’s time to stop appeasing demons and calling it love.

People need to be set free not kept in chains because we are afraid of the narratives.

You are called to be a voice of light that clears away the darkness and clears the air.

You are called to lead the church into health and out of mixture.

And lead the world to Jesus, the way, the TRUTH, and the life.

I have felt that so many are right now battling this, feeling the roar of heaven trying to come forth but suppressing it to not rock the boat.

But what if God wants you to rock it?

That deep internal conflict, discontent, and frustration you have been carrying will leave as you step out and were true to what your spirit man is leading you into.

The anointing on your life wasn’t given to you to play it safe and play church but to destroy the works of the enemy and lead the church into a holy revolution.

So it’s time to put on your weighty mantle and never look back.

It’s time to live in the fear of the Lord and cast the fear of man into the fire.

The deep end of the pool is calling you mighty voices!

We are in a changing of mantles season which is why so many feel so out of their depth and where months ago felt sure and confidant in their calling and anointing suddenly feel like they are back at square one. Don’t rush this time and let the Holy Spirit show you how to step into this new jacket. For many it’s not a new mantle as much as it’s dusting off what was dropped or stolen years ago like Joseph picking up his multi-colored jacket. Your language and dialect has changed and your spiritual tongue is learning new intonation and articulation right now. Your focus and bullseye has changed and it will look at first to others like you have abandoned your post, but you know that it’s time for you to embark on unknown waters and pioneer with the Lord to build something never built before. Embrace the awkward role change and step into your new jacket!

 

To those building legacy right now over building empires..

Few will recognize or see what you are building because it’s an underground mission.

It’s call to build low and slow while the rest of the ministry world is building fast and publicly.

It’s a calling that takes place behind the stage and often doesn’t look glamorous.

It’s the call to build the family over the organization.

It’s moving away from the hustle and building what is organic and homegrown.

It’s the call to establish deep roots that extend beyond your lifetime and building a future for the generations to come.

It’s a call to address generational strongholds, cycles, and injustices and break bloodlines and establish healthy ones.

It’s the call to set new foundations and prioritise health and wholeness over public image and reputation.

It’s the call to reverse the messes of the institution that built empires at the cost of leaving orphans in its wake.

It’s the call to forfeit the plans and goals that produce immediate results for the building and pioneering of what takes many years to show above the surface.

And many are in the tension of this call because they no longer feel the pull of the conference circuit or the appetite for the lifestyle they once valued.

It feels in many ways like you are going in reverse or have lost your favor, but this couldn’t be further from the truth.

The father has thrown his mantle around your shoulders and you have begun to burn the old plow and begin this new path.

If this is you then you need to know today that you are not lazy, rebellious, in error, or strange for feeling this call - this is the call of mothers and fathers to establish the FAMILY, set the table, and call in the lonely and lost.

This is the call to raise up your family well, pioneer even healthier marriages, discover Gods design in covenant relationships and house of acts community, as well as raise up a generation that know how to represent the kingdom well.

In a time where the anti-family culture of the world has begun to invade the church God has called many to the frontlines to REBUILD & RESET the definitions and design of Gods house so we can be a force to be reckoned with.

So keep going! Keep building! Keep forging forward on the unpopular path!

 

For the pioneers who have been contending for the breakthrough of a major promise: This is a critical moment. Protect your vision right now. Be careful who has access to your heart. The foxes love to come just as you are about to step out into new territory and have fresh wind in your sails. This is a time of God connecting dots and bringing pieces together so really guard this moment like a mother hen protecting her egg. Don’t fall prey to false fires, smoke and mirrors, triggers from old wounds, and words and attacks sent to distract you. Protect your walls and fortify yourself in potential blind spots. Cut off all access points of the enemy trying to bring confusion and chaos. Sever ties to the wolves in sheep clothing. Forgive often. Keep your heart in peace. Worship over needless scrolling. Laugh as your fight back. Prophesy in song. Live on your knees, and watch as God FULFILS what he started. Nate Johnston

 

God is going to use the least likely in this next chapter. They feel invisible right now and passed over. Confused. Battered. Broken. Discouraged. But mightily anointed. Like wrecking balls in the spirit but they have been through what feels like their own personal wrecking. Everything has been targeted. Everything has been shaken. But out of that fiery hour of trials is a people who have zero agenda except to make the name of Jesus famous in the earth and bring a lost and orphaned world to their father. If this is you.. let this be your reminder. Sorrow may last for the night but joy comes in the morning. You are about to be resurrected and hand picked for this next scene.

 

I HEARD THE LORD SAY “DO NOT FEAR, FOR I AM BUILDING GOSHEN!”

Earlier in the year, I had a dream where I was being pursued and chased by a demonic principality and in its wake, it was stirring up the earth into chaos, famine, financial recession, and tormenting fear. I was running but It was hot on my tail and I was doing everything I could to dodge its grasp. I felt surrounded and hopeless, and everything inside of me was feeling like this was the end, and life—as we knew it—was over.

Suddenly I heard the voice of the Lord say, “what are you running from? Do you not see what I am doing in the earth right now? Do you not see through the storm? Do you not see through the chaos, and even in the war being waged at your doorstep, I am giving you eyes to see. The hour that is upon the Church is not an hour of fear, nor is not an hour to run, but it is an hour to turn around, pursue the enemy on your tail, crush him under your feet, and reveal My glory in the earth!”

And that's when I heard this unusual word, the Lord said, “For many would say that this is the apocalypse, but this is not the apocalypse of the world, but the apocalypse of My revealing. This is the apocalypse of the revealing of My presence and My glory, and of My sons and daughters in the earth.”

(The Greek Apocalypto means the revealing of Jesus - to uncover, lay open what has been veiled or covered up; to disclose, make bare: to make known, make manifest)

“For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed” (Romans 8:19)

THREE CYCLES OF SEVEN & THE SHMITA

When I woke up I was praying into what I had just seen in the dream when the Spirit came upon me and I saw three 7-year periods of time. The number seven (7) in Hebrew is She'vah and means perfection, completion, and the divine will of God. It’s a cycle of time where things come to an end and new things begin again. I believe what I was seeing was the 7-year cycles that would begin and end on Rosh Hashanah (the head of the year or the first of the year) which is the time of contemplation and celebration of a new Jewish year.

Interestingly right now we have two events colliding which are both the ending of a Jewish year and the end of a Shmita cycle. A Shmita is the “year of release,” which is more widely known as the sabbatical year—six years of toil (both spiritually and physically) followed by the shmita which is a year of rest and completion readying for the new.

"For six years you are to sow your land and to gather its produce, but in the seventh year, you are to let it go [tishm’tenah] and to let it be [u’nitashta], that the needy of your people may eat, and what remains, the wildlife of the field shall eat. Do thus with your vineyard, with your olive grove” (Exodus 23:10-11)

In the Shmita year, debts are to be forgiven, agricultural lands to lie fallow, private land holdings to become open to the commons, and staples such as food storage and perennial harvests to be freely redistributed and accessible to all. I believe the Shmita prophetically speaks of the Lord's protection from the devourer and His provision no matter what is taking place in the world.

PROPHETIC CYCLES BROKEN DOWN

The first 7-year period I saw was from 2015 to 2022, starting at Rosh Hashanah 2015 and ending on Rosh Hashanah 2022.

During this seven-year period;

I saw that it was a period of shaking.

It was a period of everything that could be shaken would be shaken.

It was a time of intense resistance and delay against the new.

A time of exposure of the demonic assignments of Jezebel, witchcraft, and religion.

It was a time of the wineskin bursting, and it was a seven-year period of the Church beginning to be sifted and purified.

It was a seven-year period where God was shaking every false thing from the Church and revealing the true Church and the remnant that had been waiting for this moment.

It was a time of pioneering and the Church shifting out of old mindsets and into a new way of thinking.

It’s was a time when the heads of many snakes being exposed - snakes that have kept the Church in a box, but God was revealing them to cut them off once and for all.

You are going to look back on the last year soon and not see confusion, painful heart healing, awkward confrontation, and the failure and standstill in your previous plans, but you will see how much God was sneakily delivering you from wrong situations and relationships, outdated assignments, idolised doors and vision, limited mindsets, heart issues and trauma, and untangled you from every web that has been wrapped around you for years. “Can’t you see that I have been REBUILDING you?” says the lord. “Now watch as from this place I lay the bricks of the movement I have always longed for you to see but that you couldn’t while you still had your hand on the old plow”.

 

I heard the lord say “Stop shutting down or limiting your plans based on the events of the world around you. DREAM AS USUAL! Plan as if I’m going to make a way, prepare like you have a future of hope ahead of you, and VISION with me like you did before the shaking came because I will surely make sure they come to pass! For in this hour I am calling forth my Isaiah 45 people who would break through doors and bars of iron and strip kings of their armor. The gates will not be shut to them and with limitless authority they will OCCUPY the nations and dethrone principalities!”

 

“This is where you see what all the opposition and chatter of this year has provided for you. This is where you the see the new doors, new favor, and new territory that has come because you chose to fix yourself in me when the arrows were flying. This is where I turn your mourning into dancing and soul depletion into a surge of strength. This is where I take the sheet off the NEW THING that I have been longing to reveal to you, the new people, and the legacy assignment that has been in contention. This is where you shake off EVERYTHING, the slander, the behind the scenes accusations, the limiting, stifling, muzzling, the cutting and wounding words, the tatters of your last seasons mantle, and the heavy yokes that have been wearing you thin and you STEP IN to the wide open space I have been preparing for you!”

 

IT’S TIME TO TRANSITION OUT OF THE HOLD

For weeks now I keep hearing the Lord say “It’s time to come out of the hold! Time is up! It’s time to leave that place and move on!”

I knew right away that this “hold” was referring to the hold or stronghold David hid in twice throughout his life, and that many have been in for some time now. This hold was the place of survival from the storm and the hard seasons of life—seasons of rejection, persecution, deep grief, discouragement, attack, hope deferred, and trauma. The hold can feel like a reprieve for a moment and a shelter of sorts. It can also be a place where God refreshes and resuscitates you, but it’s also the place the enemy tries to bombard you with lies, and chatter, and keeps you in apathy if you aren’t aware of it.

I felt that this hold was the place of forfeit for many who have fought a good fight but have felt like they don’t have any strength left to press forward into the fulfillment of the promise. The hold is a place of limbo and transition as people wait for their next orders, direction, and assignments. The hold is a place of deliverance where God uncoils the snake around your neck and removes the daggers from your back. The hold or wilderness can be a momentary dwelling during the thick season of battle but it can also be a place of spiritual death to those who overstay their season.

David fled to the cave of Adullam (The hold) when Saul was trying to take his life, but while he was safe from Saul it became a place of victimhood and bondage. The hold ended up becoming a stronghold!

“And everyone who was in distress, and everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was bitter in soul, gathered to him. And he became commander over them” (1 Samuel 22:2)

But the hold was also the place where David momentarily hid to receive the instruction and plans from the Lord of how to defeat the Philistines.

“When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over Israel, they went up in full force to search for him, but David heard about it and went down to the stronghold. so David inquired of the Lord, “Shall I go and attack the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hands?” The Lord answered him, “Go, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into your hands.” (2 Samuel 5:17 & 19)

But when it was time, God used a prophet to tell David, “Ok David it’s time to leave that season and that place you have been in!” And I feel the Spirit of God brooding over us right now that it’s time to leave the hold!

“Then the prophet Gad said to David, “Do not remain in the stronghold; depart, and go into the land of Judah.” So David departed and went into the forest of Hereth” (1 Samuel 22:5)

The place of limbo, the waiting, and the holding pattern is over!

For many pioneers right now, this is where the rubber meets the road. You can trust Him. He will be faithful. Just don’t make any sudden detours out of anxiety or fear. Look ahead. Find the rest in the storm because this is actually the part of your story where crazy faith turns into a tangible outcome and then a wild testimony. Your worship when you want to worry and hustle is what is securing the victory and your yes in the thick of distraction and plan b options is preparing the way for so many others behind you. This is where you are going to have to shut out the multitude of voices for this last sprint, lock the door, pack your bags, and hold on to the hem of His garment like never before.

 

Mantle change is messy but it will revive your dependence on Jesus over a function. Around the globe God has been re-positioning and anointing men and women of God for new assignments and metron’s, but if you aren’t tethered to the new wine maker, you may misdiagnose promotion as abandonment, and increase as warfare and opposition. Your old jacket has to be let go. The old land has to be held loosely as God reassigns your realm of influence. Your methods need to be reviewed, and your plans need to be surrendered so you can get the fresh download of heaven. Delay isn’t always an evil assignment against you- sometimes it’s the fruit of not moving when he said “GO”. And I hear the Lord calling on the hearts of His people who have been stuck in yesterday and saying “Can’t you see what I have for you over here?” Praying this week that you would trade in the anxiety and confusion of this season for the fresh oil and wine you need for tomorrow in Jesus name.

 

THE WINDS OF CHANGE ARE ABOUT TO BLOW

A few nights ago I woke up just after midnight and felt to pray and go stand outside. As I did I heard God speak so clearly “The winds of change are about to blow!” The strange thing is that it was eerily quiet, like complete silence and no wind. Almost like catching the stillness of waters for the minutes in between tides. Then I heard it again, “The winds of change are about to blow!”

The next morning we woke up to the most chaotic winds that I have seen in a long time with trees bending around our yard and anything not secured flying around. I knew God woke me up the night before to show me what was about to come...

“And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting” Acts 2:2

And suddenly… there came a sound of a rushing mighty wind. Out of nowhere, the winds are about to blow and cause those who have been in waiting to be SENT & RELEASED into the new thing. Suddenly the winds will blow, those who have been empty will be filled to overflow, and the new chapter will begin.

The winds of change are the winds of the government of heaven being released to usher in the new wineskin and fresh move of the Spirit. It’s the winds of awakening being sent to revive tired and weary warriors who died on the battlefield of the last move. It’s the winds being sent to restore dry bones to life and awaken a mighty army who have been in slumber. It’s the winds released to put the fire back in the bellies of those who have grown cold. It’s the winds sent to uproot those who have been stuck in limbo and wilderness and to reposition them where they will thrive. It’s the winds of the breakthrough and sudden breaking through once menacing obstacles. It’s the winds of a new beginning and a new chapter for the Church.

It’s the winds of new blueprints and mission orders being handed out to those who just can’t do the old thing anymore. It’s the winds of change sent to commission God's new era "change agents". And it’s here! Can you feel it?

Get ready for change. Not the kind of change that scatters but the kind that plants. Not the kind that unsettles but the kind that establishes and settles scores. At first, it may look like chaos in the natural but God is bringing that which has been out of sync and out of alignment back into order. It will look messy and unfamiliar but it will be the catalytic event that will mark many for the days to come. So get ready for your new mission orders. Get ready for your weather to change out of nowhere as God now finishes what He started.

As I write this I feel an intense recompense on the wind. It’s the winds of God TURNING situations around that have been against you. It’s the mounting injustices and demonic taunts surrounding you at every point trying to keep you bullied and confined to a corner. The winds are here to deliver you from the hand of the enemy where he thought he had you in checkmate. The winds are also here to set people free who have been walking in spiritual blindness. Suddenly your eyes will be opened and you will lay down the cards the enemy set you up to play that was a diversion from your path. You can’t play culture's game and follow the Spirit at the same time, so watch as God suddenly changes the hearts of those who have been mixed up.

The winds are going to QUICKEN God's plans in the nations of the earth, so look for areas where evil has been thriving and watch as God begins to take back the keys and send people into key roles. The winds of change are the changing of the guard so look for those God re-mantles for the days ahead. Their message has been changing. Their focus has been changing. And now watch as God suddenly picks them up and plants them in their new assignment. We are entering an hour, a moment of action, to set the captives free and push back against the darkness that has been usurping our influence and territory. We are getting our keys back!

And hearts will come alive again. You will come alive again! Watch as the winds of change purge your heart of pain, trauma, and deep-seated grief that has been wallowing in your soul. For it’s time for your weather to change and for the winds to come and stand you back up after a season of crawling and barely surviving. So I pray today over you, "Holy Spirit come, revive us, renew us, and lead us out of the rut into the place you are going in Jesus' name!"
