A WORD OF WARNING:

Just for a little background. As a prophet of God, called and spoken by God before man ever called me a prophet, I am saddened in my heart today still at the lack of the Love of God being shown to Leaders that have fallen short of God’s Glory. But yet because they are a Leader, some have found it necessary to blast their sin to the Body of Christ with their self-righteous, pious opinions.

When a Leader’s sin has been made known publicly, no matter what type of sin that might be.....whether embezzlement, sexual sin, lying, etc........you better be sure, if you make a post that you are being led by the Holy Spirit of God to do it. As a prophet of God, that is “usually not” the case in which anyone, including a prophet should be operating.

Your opinions of however you think that Leader should be handled is absolutely NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. In fact, as your posting your opinion about what you even think about that Leader that is OUT OF ORDER. You could actually be seducing others to follow your opinion and to judge that Leader. It’s called, in the Holy Bible, causing someone to Stumble! You’re not God, you’re not the judge and you ARE OUT OF ORDER. Period.

The Holy Bible clearly states that when God’s judgement is executed, MERCY is always executed as well. They go hand in hand. And when all you’re doing is speaking judgement about that Leader without displaying any mercy, you ARE OUT OF ORDER! You are being religious. That is not a character of God. He is not like that!

Please be careful what you post and what you are saying. You may be running around out here in the Body of Christ with no accountability. But I can assure you that there is One whom you are accountable too and will give an account for all the people that you became accountable for the minute you opened and put your mouth on a Leader!

To go back to the beginning of my post, as a prophet of God for many, many years, in my dealings with Leaders....what the Lord has given to me to speak to Leaders has “not ever” been in a public format.....only in Private. What the Lord gave me was for that Leader personally!

What’s disturbing and saddens me, once again, is those who have deemed it necessary to blast a Leader’s sin on social media by talking about it, therefore opening the door up for people to respond. Be careful what you post about anyone’s sin, especially a Leader!

 

 

I did my post below in caps, not because I’m shouting, but I am trying to make a point! This type of behavior must stop in the Body of Christ so that we can work together, building the Kingdom of God!

I’M NOT INTERESTED IN COMPETING WITH ANYONE! COMPETITION MUST STOP IN THE BODY OF CHRIST! IT’S DESTROYING RELATIONSHIPS. QUIT BEING JEALOUS and AFRAID OF WHAT OTHERS DO! THANK GOD FOR WHAT HE IS ALLOWING and CREATED YOU TO DO! AND THEN THANK GOD FOR WHAT OTHERS DO!

Having the Gift of PROPHECY does not EXCUSE you from having the CHARACTER of GOD and also, INTEGRITY in your life!

Don't let yourself be fooled and think as the young man in the Holy Bible thought and then said...."but Lord, did I not heal the sick, cast out devils and speak with new tongues?" And JESUS replied to him, "DEPART FROM ME, I NEVER KNEW YOU."

Dear friend....just because you know the Word of God and all about Him, doesn't mean that He knows you. You may think, but He's God.....He knows everyone. Yes, but HE desires an INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP with you.

Now watch this....I can know your favorite food, your all-time favorite movie, your favorite color and many other things about you; but that doesn't mean that you know me!!

The things that you do for Him in the Kingdom have nothing to do with you GIVING your WHOLE HEART to HIM, SPENDING TIME with HIM, and COMMUNING with HIM, and FALLING IN LOVE with HIM.

All the things that you do for Him are BY His power, BY His Holy Spirit. Ahhh...but GIVING YOUR HEART and YOUR TIME to Him to SIT at HIS FEET...well, that comes from YOUR WILL...YOUR CHOICE! When you do that, you position yourself to KNOW HIM more INTIMATELY because you're spending time with Him...and then HE GETS TO KNOW YOU!

May you FALL IN LOVE with your BRIDEGROOM and enter into a DEEPER place of INTIMACY!

 

The prophets all throughout the Holy Bible always identified sin and problems. They were discerning and not fearful of man to speak the truth. They always brought a Word of Redemption. That word always REQUIRED REPENTANCE that would bring about a CHANGE!

But today.....wow...too many leave their places of fellowship and some all together disconnect from the church totally. Their attitude is, "I'm not gonna have anyone telling me about my sin." "Who do they think they are to mention about those type of things from the pulpit?" "God is God of Love and my sins are already forgiven so they just need to mind their own business." The thing is that most times the pastor/preacher doesn’t know about your sin and it’s an ouchy when you hear the Truth that is being preached. Because HOLY SPIRIT is bringing a conviction to your heart.

Now on a personal level with someone you know, you don’t just let someone keep doing the wrong thing. You help them by showing them their way of err and restoring them. Right? Yes!!! That’s also what the Holy Bible teaches! But most folks don’t obey this scripture! Too many say, “well…that’s not my business!” Wrong! It is your business! The Word of God says that you who are spiritual (mature), go tell your brother or sister their way of err and gently restore them. But do it in humility lest you find yourself falling into sin.

DIDN'T THE WORD OF GOD SAY THAT GOD CHASTENS AND DISCIPLINES THOSE WHOM HE LOVES? Listen, it is time for the Church to truly REPENT AND CHANGE!!! Yes, HE IS a GOD of LOVE! But His Word teaches is that “Open rebuke is better than hidden love.”

 

What you've been going through has not been the devil trying to destroy you, it's been God getting ready to release you into the fullness of the prophetic!

The devil always shows up right before you're about to get your greatest blessing! Don’t give into his lies. If you've gone through hell in the last several weeks or months and you got some scars and some wounds....

If I were you, I would break out RIGHT NOW and DANCE with ALL YOUR MIGHT like David! I would get the loudest praise going that's ever come out of you!

You're about to get Blessed like you've never been Blessed before!!!

You will be BLESSED according to WHAT you've been through! You will be ANOINTED according to WHERE you're going to!!! Did you hear that? Read it again and get it in you and believe it!

The same area the devil has attacked you the most is the same area GOD is about to BLESS YOU the MOST!!!

First I’ll say this....to all of the False FaceBook and Instagram apostles and prophets.....you know how you’ve wanted to be popular and well known? Guess what? Your day of reckoning is here and now!!! You will be recognized! You know why? Because God is fixing to unveil you and reveal to others that you have not been ordained by Him!!! If I were you, I would go on ahead and step back with all this nonsense and ask God to forgive you first and then ask others to forgive you!

Okay, now I’ll begin!

When you reject the apostle, then you are rejecting Jesus, Himself. Just as the offices of the Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher has been embraced, so must the office of the Apostle and the Prophet! We want to see every saint perfected for the work of the ministry according to Eph. 4:11,12. Without the revelation that comes through an Apostle, that will not happen.

There are certain truths that are released through the Apostle for the Church to walk in! The Holy Bible says in Matthew 26:28 that the Church is built upon revelation! The Holy Bible also says in Eph. 2:20 that you, the Church is built by the foundation laid by the “apostles and prophets.”

As one who walks in that office, there is Revelation that when I speak it, it becomes part of the Foundation in people’s lives. There’s a new found strength that people begin to walk in after hearing fresh Revelation and then acting upon it. When you hear Revelation, you must allow it to become Revealed in your Heart by Holy Spirit.

The Apostolic Anointing is what was released to the Church in the book of Acts! We must return to it! There’s a release of the Apostolic Anointing right now that is bringing about changes that have been ordained by the Lord for such a time as this! There is Biblical order coming into the Church! Mark my words, every place that is not in the correct form of how God has shaped it to be, will have the opportunity to receive the Mantle of the Apostle to bring it into that Place of Alignment with the Will of God.

Apostles (true apostles) are being sent by God to bring TRUE REFORMATION to the Church! There have been religious systems that have been in place for quiet some time that continue to oppose this New Move of God! But take notice: WE WILL NOT BOW! The days of Leaders having Position, Power and Control over people are coming to an end!!!

It’s a New Day baby.....and We Will Speak and ARE Speaking the Word of God with the Authority and Boldness of the Holy Ghost!!! We will not be intimidated!

It’s time for the TRUE, ORDAINED Apostles and Prophets to rise up and walk in their GOD GIVEN AUTHORITY!

THE IMPORTANCE of SPIRITUAL MATURITY!!!

I know that this is long, but if you are a Pastor, Apostle, Overseer, Leader or Business Owner, you might consider reading it! But it is for everyone as well!

God is not looking at our ability, how we craft our gift, develop our call, but He is looking at

our CHARACTER!

The Anointing will open doors for you, but only the “CHARACTER of GOD” manifested in you will keep you there to fulfill the purpose of God! ~ Selah

SPIRITUAL MATURITY, like physical maturity, is a growing process. You must settle it in your mind, so that it takes root in your heart, that you are going to reject behavior and attitudes that you had before you became a Believer. And willfully choose to replace them with the Fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-25.

There are three things that will help cultivate your spiritual maturity:

1. Choosing OBEDIENCE to the Lordship of Christ

2. Choosing the LEADERSHIP of the Holy Spirit

3. Choosing OBEDIENCE to the Word of God

When you do these three things then HOLY SPIRIT begins to form you into the image of Christ. (Rom 8:28, 29) Then JESUS CHRIST is reflected in your life in every area.

Becoming like CHRIST should be every Believers goal. (1 John 3:1-3)

We need to take to heart the scripture text where Paul was teaching about Leadership in Church. Inadequate leadership was a great threat to the church and still is today.

The Apostle Paul established Leadership Maturity qualifications. Read 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-10. He warned Timothy and Titus to be careful because there were certain men who were not qualified but yet they desired to be Teachers and Spiritual Leaders.

One of the big issues in reproducing Leadership is there is to much emphasis on "gifts" instead of CHARACTER. This is a Misplaced Priority that has been given to "gifts" over "character." And unfortunately, we find this in certain circles of Christians.

As an Apostolic Leader myself, I have had very gifted musicians/leaders and they have walked away and left the church because they did not want to purify themselves. (And that's fine because it was their choice, but sad. )

As a Leader, my responsibility is to SPEAK TRUTH.....IT’S NOT to try to convince you to walk in it

The Holy Spirit does His job better than any of us as Leaders could ever do!!! He’s the One that convinces and convicts. If someone doesn’t SUBMIT and OBEY Him, they surely will not submit to a Leader!

CHARACTER is much more important than skills, gifts and talents. Look at it this way......a man/woman with a spiritual, godly character can develop skills and use them for God's Glory. A man/woman who has skills, but is spiritually carnal will be more vulnerable to give misdirected Leadership and to eventually be a problem! So....as a Leader (or not), don’t be SEDUCED by the gifts and calling on someone’s life!

My PRAYER for you as a Pastor, Apostle, Overseer or Leader of any organization is that you would follow through with the leadership you've appointed, hopefully being led by the Holy Spirit and with the WORD of GOD.

My prayer also is that you would not be seduced by talents, gifts, abilities, money, or the outward appearance of any man or woman. But that you would look upon the Character of that individual and help them to grow! And show them by example that it is far more important to God that they Develop the Character of God over developing their gifts and calling!

 

I am honored and blessed to be ministering for Pastors Joe Joe Dawson and Autumn Dawson a week from this Sunday on March 19th! IF you’re anywhere in the area, come! Hype and Props is not what gets people saved, delivered and healed! I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with Props, but if that’s all you have along with HYPE, then you are void of HOPE! And the Power of God!!! Jesus is ALWAYS AN EVERLASTING HOPE!

What happens after you hype people up and they get all excited but when the excitement lifts….they’re still disappointed, depressed, suicidal? You have just manifested yourself like the person that Timothy spoke of who has a form of godliness but denies the Power of God!

HYPE: stimulate, trick, or excite

HOPE: believe, desire, trust

So….if you only have HYPE…all that does is lead to disappointment.

But if you give HOPE…..you lead others to fulfillment!!!

As Leaders, let’s be sure that we always GIVE others HOPE for every situation that they’re facing!

I wrote this two years ago today, but I believe this is still a word needing very much so to manifest! It definitely is for today!

God is RAISING up and RELEASING in the earth now a NEW “GENERATION of LEADERS” whose GOAL as a CHRISTIAN is TRANSFORMATION. We are on assignment to TRANSFORM the WORLD , not to be part of it!

God has a Governmental System that is being established in those who ARE WILLING. There are Three Agents, if you will, that HE uses:

1. The Holy Spirit of God - The Spirit of God PREPARES

2. The Holy Word of God - The Word of God PRODUCES

3. The Holy Men/Women of God - The Holy Men/Women of God PRESERVES

I'm sure some of you understand the 1st agent (PREPARES) and 2nd agent (PRODUCES), but maybe you're wondering what the 3rd agent means. I'm glad you asked!! That word "PRESERVE" means to: maintain something in it's original or existing state; to protect, to perpetuate, sustain, uphold

You and I are to be establishing the Kingdom of God in the earth, not ours!

Isaiah 55:4 reads, "Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people."

Here in this scripture, Isaiah introduced to us a Three-Fold Model of Leadership!

1. Witnesses

2. Leaders

3. Commanders

Jesus is Still our "Model Leader!" As a Leader, He had an Insight and a Vision of His future, as planned and purposed. We must follow the example and become the WITNESS, LEADER and COMMANDER!!
