30 years after Billy Graham preached the Gospel in the Grugahalle in Essen, Germany, Franklin Graham preached the same Good News to a new generation during Saturday night’s Festival of Hope.

“God loves you and He made you. He gave you a soul and a spirit, and He created a vacuum that can only be filled by Him alone,” the evangelist told a crowd of nearly 7,000. After he extended an invitation, hundreds decided to step into a relationship with Jesus and make Him Lord of their lives.

 

If you are worn out by life, Jesus says, “Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).
