GOD IS ABOUT TO CHANGE THE TRAJECTORY OF YOUR LIFE

Many of you are about to embark on the most exciting journey of your lifetime. You’ve been asking the Lord for personal direction for yourself, your family and your ministry, but you still have no clue which way to go. I have an awesome word for you today, and if you receive it, and run with it, it could change the trajectory of your life. The Lord showed me different scenarios of four groups of believers who were asking the Lord for direction, wisdom and discernment.

The first group that He showed me were people who were digging graves in their own back yards and burying treasure chests. They didn’t realize that these chests were priceless and contained valuable items. They didn’t know that these were very personal gifts from the Lord, and didn’t realize that Jesus wanted to place these gifts inside of them. He has created each gift for one’s uniqueness, personality and even their brokenness.

The Lord calls you a valuable treasure and He wants to use you to accomplish something amazing. Don’t allow your natural understanding to get in the way of the spiritual. Don’t be concerned and wonder to yourselves how this can come to pass. You are called to a greater authority, so it’s time to dig up that treasure chest and dust it off. The Lord has called you to take part in the latter day outpouring.

The second group He showed me were those who were fasting and praying to no avail, trying to please God but they still couldn’t hear His voice. They pounded their fists on the table crying out “Lord what is your will for my life?” The Lord wants you to be still and rest in Him, so that you could recoup your spiritual strength. There’s no need to strive to please God. He is saying to you right now: “Be still and know that I am God. I will lead you and guide you by peace.”

You need to synchronize with Jesus by simply resting in Him, and tuning into His frequencies. As you wait on Him, your strength will be renewed. A branch could do nothing unless it abides in the vine. You cannot bear fruit in and of yourself, unless you abide in Him. Then you could ask what you desire and it will be done for you by our glorious father in heaven. Each branch also needs pruning in order to grow.

The third group He showed me were those who were looking back to their past. They began reminiscing of how life was in their former years, and began to murmur and complain that they were better off in Egypt where they always had a supply of bread and meat. The songs of the past played in their minds and brought them right back to the very things that they were delivered from. Don’t allow these thoughts to take root or they will produce poisonous fruit.

The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but the accuser of the brethren’s words will fall to the ground if you resist them. The Lord is warning some of you that Satan desires to sift you as wheat and entrap you with the very things that you were once set free from. Don’t be as those who died in the wilderness. Forget the former things. The Lord is doing a new thing and has plans for you that are good and not evil. Plans to give you hope and a future.

The forth group were those who were packing their bags, zipping them up, putting a lock on them and throwing away the key. These people had given up on their dreams and the vision that Jesus gave them for their lives. The Lord is calling you back to pursue the vision that you once had. He wants to restore the dreams that He had placed in your heart. Do not be dismayed by adverse circumstances, and don’t get overwhelmed with discouragement.

The Lord says; the assignments sent from the enemy were meant to divert your attention off your purpose, but as you pursue your dream, your perseverance will catapult you into your destiny. The misfortunes that were sent to destroy you will strengthen you as you endure these trials without wavering. I am positioning you for a purpose. “Look among the nations, and see; wonder and be astounded. For I am doing a work in your days that you would not believe if told says the Lord.

Proverbs 13:12

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

John 15:7-8 (TPT)

But if you live in life-union with me and if my words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done. When your lives bear abundant fruit, you demonstrate that you are my mature disciples who glorify my Father!

DISCERNING THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD

One day Jesus spoke with His disciples and explained to them what was to come. He said that He was leaving but He would not leave them alone, He would send the Holy Spirit to be with them after His departure. They couldn’t comprehend what He was saying, because they did not yet understand that He would be resurrected.

They asked Him to show them the way to the father and Jesus replied, “I AM the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” They still didn’t understand so He continued explaining to them how He and the father are one, and the words that He spoke were words from the father speaking through Him.

Then He said to them: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” He said that He would do whatever they asked in His name. This promise was not only for them, but for every one of us today as believers.

In Luke, chapter 24, after Jesus was resurrected, he met two men on the road to Emmaus and began walking with them. He asked them what they were discussing. They told Him all about the things that they experienced while they were with Jesus, but they didn’t discern that it was Him. They didn’t recognize Him as the Messiah.

As it was near evening, they asked Him to stay with them and He accepted. When He joined them at the table for supper, He took bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave thanks. He gave it to each of them. When they partook of it, their eyes were instantly opened and they discerned that He was Jesus. Suddenly He vanished before their eyes.

They said to one another: “Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?” Some of you are not able to discern that the Lord is speaking to you, even though you are walking with Him. The Lord wants to give you discernment to recognize His presence.

The Lord says, I am opening the eyes of My people in this hour who will discern My presence. Radical believers will emerge in this season with a fresh revelation from the throne of heaven. They will have fire in their eyes, a sword in their hand, and they will be determined to turn this nation around for My glory.

They will be fierce in their faith and will not settle for less than My supernatural intervention. I am raising up warriors who won’t bow to the accuser of the brethren and his fanatical ways. They will refuse to be restrained to the natural realm, and nothing will hinder them from launching out into the deep.

My Word will dwell in their hearts richly in all wisdom and understanding. Just as the prophet Jeremiah said: “His Word was in my heart like a burning fire shut up in my bones, I was weary of holding it back, and I could not.” While the world may be experiencing pandemonium, My people will experience revival says the Lord.

Jeremiah 20:9

“And they said to one another, “Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?”

John 14:12-14

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it,”

ometimes when I am writing, the Holy Spirit quickens something to me and brings me in a totally different direction than what I intended to write. There are so many things that Jesus desires to share with us, if we would just learn to discern His voice, and recognize what He is showing us. Some time ago I heard the Lord say "I am changing the channel".

He then showed me a channel which is defined as "the bed of a stream, river or other waterway". It is also "a relatively narrow body of water that connects two larger bodies of water". The water was flowing out into different streams. As the water flowed, it quickly developed into a rapid flowing river.

The Lord said: I am looking for vessels in which I could use as channels for My anointing to flow through. As My river flows in this season of acceleration, it will gain momentum. I will use you as channels to carry my river into different streams. As you allow this living water to flow in you and through you, you will become a fountain of refreshing to others.

There is a dimension that is available to you, and as you allow me to take you deeper, I will use you to release a new level of My glory to those who are spiritually dry. This river is rising expeditiously. Everywhere this river flows, it will bring restoration. Everywhere that this river flows, it will bring life. It will bring healing to the nations, and it will resurrect those things which are dead.

I will watch over My word to perform it as I develop you into living channels. Don't allow anything to cut off this flow. Don't be moved when you see others flowing in the wrong stream, because I will deliver them and bring them into the stream of my river. Many will come into a deeper place. You will see that the glory of this latter house will be greater than the former house, and in this place I will bring peace.

Then I saw some of the streams which had levees blocking the flow of this river. A levee is a barrier to obstruct the flow of water, especially one of earth or masonry, built across a stream or river.

Allow Me to create a clear channel inside of you that I could flow through. Don't allow anything to prevent it from flowing. Don't allow debris to get in the way of this flow. Don't allow the cares of this world to block this flow. Those of you who feel depleted, come to this river and I will fill you afresh. Allow Me to fill those of you who are dry and barren. I am releasing a refreshing to those who have been stagnant.

I am the living water and as you release anything that is hindering the flow, you will experience My glory once again. The days ahead will be glorious for the believers, and many new streams will open up. As I said in My word, I will work a work in your days which you would not believe if it were told to you. For many of you, the time of drought will soon be over, and times of refreshing will be coming upon you says the Lord.

Isaiah 35: 6 - 7

For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert. The parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water.

John 4:14

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

John 7:38

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
