One of the worst things that traditional churches did was to make people Ministers & Elders because of their preaching ability, but never properly trained them in Leadership acumen.

If they only show up when it’s their turn to speak/preach or organize their own events well, but don’t know how to build teams, systems, or serve the collective vision of the church without any resistance you actually gave them an A+ in Selfishness & a F- in Ministry.

Don’t call yourself a Preacher if you’re only excellent at the stuff you want to do, yet being unavailable & half hearted when it comes to the collective vision of your church.

 

 

Jesus cast out demons everywhere He went, Today deliverance ministry is not practiced much within the Body of Christ. But God is once again restoring this ministry back to his church.
